Not all top high fashion models cause the same reactions among those, who just accidentally bump into an after-show fashon week craziness. Sometimes you hear people whisper pretty harsh statements. This was totally not the case when Melissa Tammerijn left Haider Ackermann. The girl looked amazing head to toe, she is very charismatic and confident and seemed genuinely nice and chatty. And that was noticed by lots of those standing around. I remember how young she looked back in 2011, when I met her for the first time…
two more:
Miroslava is among those fashion people who cause the greatest exictement among fashion photographers, paparazzi and fans. She is usually circeled by a large group of photographers immediately, and I must say, I stay away, because I’m already a little scared of joining that photographers’s crowd, I probably could not cope with this situation at all, if I were in here shoes. I don’t really know how, but I still got this one picture of her, making her way through the crowds.
I still have not found the other SD card and with it that other photo of Scott taking pictures after ACNE. Nevertheless want to share this one. Scott is such an amazing photographer. He was one of very first photographers who moved away from that traditional way of fashion photography, to the street. And even though there are so many people around today, wo try to be street style photographers, he still stands out. Thank you, Scott!
Alexandra Elizabeth After Dark – what is she reading?
… and everyone wants to take a selfie with the model behind the cut…
Dear Ajak, I hope you really were as happy, as the pictures seem to suggest. Ajak had complained very emotionally about racism in the Fashion Industry, on twitter, just two days earlier. Hopefully a serious change will take place, there. Ajak is SUCH a stunner she, like thousands of other black models, deserve so much better!
I hope you had a good Easter weekend! It’s been a little quiet here, but let’s go on with Elodia hiding behind her very beautiful hair! I also quite liked what she was wearing but I don’t have any fancy outfit shots, but just some random full body pictures of some of the models, taken from suboptimal angles and with other people etc. in the background/foreground. Might post them another time.
Ronja was waiting outside at Haider Ackermann for ages. And looked so incredibly cool without doing anything for it.
Esther Heesch and her sister who is apparently called Toni (so the internet says). Esther is super sweet, very kind and was patiently posing for the photographers. I was quite happy to meet one of Germany’s biggest models of the moment, find out how nice she really is, and therefore say Danke! :)
Such a pleasant surprise: Beth Ditto so close after Jean Paul Gaultier. While celebrities usually just cause a huge lot of chaos among the professional photographers, paparazzi and teenager fans, thereby totally scaring off people like me, Beth did not get AS much attention (teenagers still busy yelling Rihanna’s name) and I almost unintentionally got really close to her, when she entered and again, when she left. And since I really like her music, I was quite glad I got this picture.
Speaking of Jean Paul Gaultier: unfortunately I can’t find the memory card that contains most of my pictures of Saturday afternoon and evening. A few of them are already on my laptop, but I’m afraid, at the moment I just have very few pictures from after Acne and Veronique Leroy and only Beth from Jean Paul Gaultier. Such a pitty, especially for close-up shots of Tanya D and Franzi Müller, that turned out really well, though it was dark and I’m not using a professional flash. Let’s hope I’ll be able to find that card at some point…

I have no clue why this girl is not much bigger, look at her intense blue eyes and angelic face! IMHO Diana is one of the most beautiful models out there these days… And great sense of style! And Romania rocks as usually! One photographer that she stopped for, started actually fumbling around her face to get that strand of hair out of it. Seriously…
